1) Third Umpire
The off-field umpire takes help of video or TV to make correct decision called the third umpire. It is also officially umpired and help to on-field umpire.
This technology used for helping on-field umpire and gives a legit decision. It is used for a doubtful catch, check whether ball touch boundary line or not and check run out.
2) Hot-spot
Hot spot technology work on basis heat generation. When ball struck on the bat that time heat generate and according to heat generation it indicates the spot for taking correct decisions. It is mostly used in LBW appeal and cut out wickets.
3) DRS Decision review system
This technology implements in the first time in 2009 during a test match between India and Sri Lanka.
In this rules players are able to oppose on-field umpire decision and this decision goes to an off-field umpire or TV umpire. TV umpire checks video footage and then they give a final decision. For taking DRS team captain to sign ‘T’ by both hands toward the on-field umpire.
4) Hawkeye
Hawkeye camera use for showing or tracking a path of a ball. It is used for tracking ball for DRS system
5) Snick-o-Meter
Snick-o-Meter work on Basis sound system. If the ball touch bat that time it shows a graph and indicates whether bat contact with the ball or not. It is used to cut out or LBW but after the hot spot system uses of this system significantly decrease.
6) Ball Spin RPM
Ball spin technology use for count ball revaluation per minutes after release of a ball.
7) No Balls check technology
It is Give the umpires some feedback about whether a front foot no ball or not. It gives the umpire a beeping sound if the bowler crosses the popping crease.
